The Setting

Do consider the venue where your ceremony is going to be conducted. If you are getting wed in the daylight consider styles that have stunning detail, such as ruffles, embroidery and lace. Transportation

Consider how you will get your wedding dress to your location. Different airlines have different policies. Some will allow you to take it on as hand luggage, others will make you put it in the hold and some may even hang it up in first class for you! They often give you extra baggage allowance at no additional cost. By rolling your wedding gown in bubble wrap it will help to prevent creasing and protect it from the elements.
