What are your opening times and do I need an appointment?
Our opening times are as follows:
Saturdays and Sundays between 10am and 3pm - no appointment necessary
Wednesdays between 10am and 3pm by appointment only - please contact us to arrange an appointment
How much can I save?
Wedding dresses typically retailing from £700 to £2000 are available to purchase from £150 to £400.
Your prices are very low - does this mean your dresses are cheaper quality?
Whilst the Wedding Dress Factory Outlet have hundreds of cheap wedding dresses to choose from, our wedding gowns are certainly not cheap quality. In fact we have some of the highest standards of quality in the bridal wear industry and brides will not be compromising on the standard of the dress in order to make their huge saving. So for cheap wedding dresses of the highest quality, look no further.
What is your payment policy?
Payment can be made via all major credit and debit cards and cash is also accepted.
Your dresses are sold off the peg so what if I find one I like but need time to think about it? Will you sell it to someone else?
Buying your wedding dress is a big decision and once you have found your perfect dress you may want a little time to think before committing to buying it. We are happy to place one wedding dress on reserve for you for up to a week to provide you with some time to consider your choice.
How many dresses can I try on?
You are welcome to try on as many dresses as you like! We have a very informal approach and we encourage you to try on a wide variety of shapes and styles as you may be suprised as to what style of wedding dress suits you best. If you need assistance, our staff will be happy to advise and guide you or alternatively you may wish to browse and try on for yourself.
What is your returns policy?
Refunds are considered on a case by case basis. In all circumstances, we will only consider a refund if the customer has notified us of the wish to return the dress within 7 days of purchase and the dress is returned to us in its as-sold condition in the original packaging within 14 days of the date of purchase. Proof of purchase will always be required. Refunds will not be provided after the date of the wedding. Refunds will not be considered for dresses that have been further discounted due to imperfections.

Can you recommend a dry cleaner for wedding dresses?

Where do your gowns come from?
Our discount wedding dresses come from various sources and include many well known bridal wear designers. 95% of our wedding gowns are brand new and a very small number have been used in photoshoots or on catwalks and these have been further discounted. None of our dresses are seconds and the majority come direct from designers and manufacturers who have excess stock due to discontinuation, cancelled orders, unused samples and one-off designs.
What changing facilities do you have?
We have 4 large changing rooms plus other areas that can be utilised for changing. Each changing room has a full size mirror.

Do you do the wedding dress alterations?
We do not employ a seamstress and therefore do not undertake dress alterations. However. we can recommend the services of a local highly experience bridal seamstress and will provide the contact details to our customers. Our staff are very knowledgeable of what alterations can and cannot be undertaken and will advise you accordingly.
Do you sell accessories?
We have an excellent range of bridal veils, tiaras and underskirts to complete your look. We also have some bolero jackets and wraps. Unfortunately, we do not currently stock shoes.
Can I take photographs?
You are welcome to take photographs of our gowns.
Do you have a brochure and can you send me some pictures of your dresses?
As we sell off-the-peg, our stock changes on a weekly basis with one-off styles arriving from many different designers. It is therefore impractical to produce a brochure and keep an up to date library of dress photography. We carry such a huge range of styles and designs that we are sure to have many dresses that suit your individual requirements.
