After falling for it 3 times I knew it was perfect and it really was. And the price was unbelievable, a bargain for how truly stunning it was.

"I just wanted to contact you to say thank you. My niece is getting married on the 10th September this year and I have the job of organising it and its not easy on a ridiculously tiny budget as they have, not to mention the very small time scale. I had been given 2 days to find a church for that date and within budget which I managed, 3 days to find a venue for the date on a smaller budget which I also did and then a stupidly low budget and 7 days to find the dream dress, well I can tell you that after taking her to several shops within our area of Poole in Dorset your service is second to none, honestly we had been treated appallingly in our area of shops, with comments such as being so tiny you will find nothing and oow a white dress you will be lucky and the list goes on honestly dreadful service. I had also called several places many of which didn't return my calls or if they did where not welcoming given the short space of time to source a dress and then I found your web site and contacted yourselves, what a breath of fresh air just as I was getting to the point of wanting to give up, you returned my calls, where so helpful, welcoming and with such a warming manner.

Upon our long drive from Poole in Dorset we were all a little apprehensive but were put at ease more or less instantly when we came into your establishment and was greeted by Sharon, what a wonderful lady she is, she knew exactly whom we where, we had a good laugh with her, felt relaxed and well I just cannot express in words what a credit she is to the business. When my niece tried the dress on even I cried as it was totally amazing we had searched high and low world wide to be exact and knew we just could not afford the Maggie Sorreto - Sabelle brand new at £1400 and she just didn’t want any other dress, I had looked and many many imitations and they just did not compare in any way, however your designer with your dress well I have to be honest I can confidently say it to me is actually far better than the Maggie Sorreto Sabelle that I saw my niece in.

The two young girls that helped my niece in the changing room where amazing even managed to locate a size 6 that fitted like a glove, honestly a real pleasurable experience and well worth the long journey. Sharon was so helpful and I just can't tell you how much we all warmed to her as she rallied around steaming the dress, and helped us out with a dress bag after we purchased a Tiara, Veil, underskirt and the dress. Really this lady appears to be the backbone from what we witnessed and its rare you find someone so capable that is just so pleasant also, a true asset.

So thank you so very much to you and your fabulous team for making us all feel so welcome and most importantly actually making it possible for my niece to have the dress of her dreams. I shall certainly be recommending you to all that I know and am a fan of yours on facebook so I do hope you have an even more increased business from our recommendations as you certainly deserve it."

"I bought my Ronald Joyce wedding dress from you back in 2010! Ever since my wedding people have been asking me where I got my dress and I have recommended every person to go to you! Although I had my dress slightly altered to take off the straps I was over the moon with the quality and the price!"

"The first impression I had when I walked in was amazement at how big it was and how many dresses there were. They were all organised and sorted into colour and size, so it was really easy to go straight to the style I was interested in, but also easy to see different styles available which I'd not considered before. The ladies there were very helpful and suggested I picked about 5 dresses in different styles so I could see what different styles looked like. They gave me a quick outline of what was where, and helped me into and out of the dresses.

The changing rooms were spacious, and the large mirrors meant you could clearly see what it looked like on you. There were blocks to stand on, so heel height was taken into account, and hoops, veils and tiaras were all on hand to help complete the look.

I went with my mum, and there were luxurious sofas for her to sit on as she waited for me outside the changing rooms. I actually found the exact dress I wanted, which was incredible as I had very specific ideas. It was one which had just come in, so was still on the rail to be sorted, but I was able to try it on and buy it that day.

I couldn't believe I was able to get such a luxurious dress for £400! It was so beautiful, I wanted to try it on every day! I wore it all day for my wedding, and it was so comfortable.

I have recommended this factory outlet to all my friends who are getting married, even if they don't live nearby."

"I visited you on 4th May, along with my Mum & Dad. It was my first outing looking for a wedding dress, I was so nervous. I’m not really a girlie girl and I’ve never tried anything even close to resembling a wedding dress before! My plan when I visited you guys was to at least find a style that I like, the only thing I knew I wanted was straps.

When we arrived you made us feel really welcome. It was great to have a look through the dresses alone at first. I’d heard some scare stories on the wedding forums, it was a huge relief that your approach was not to pressure sell or limit the number of dresses that can be tried on. I feel really bad about this, but I can’t remember the name of the woman who was helping me. She was absolutely faultless. There were a few dresses that didn’t suit me and one where the colour made me look like the living dead! She very tactfully steered me away from them which I thought showed great professionalism and dedication to your customers. I was 100% sure I wouldn’t leave with a frocky horror.

Another aspect that I especially appreciated was the price range of the dresses. My dress budget was fairly tight, but at your shop I could simply pick out any dress that I liked. At no point did I feel like my budget would limit my choices.

I did not expect to find my dream dress on shopping visit number one! I ended up with a beautiful Paloma Blanca satin a-line dress with halter straps. I honestly feel like a princess when I wear it (and I do try it on very regularly). I now have to make it up to my bridesmaids for the lack of shopping trips.

Whenever I hear wedding dress woes on the forums, I always try and point people in your direction.
